Terms of Service.
The rules of the road for using Makers Page.
Last updated: February 9, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Makers Page ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the site.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use a username that impersonates another person, is offensive, or infringes on any trademark. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals with legitimate claims.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Makers Page only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the Service, or use automated tools to scrape data from the platform without our written permission.
You may not misrepresent your revenue, projects, or any other information on your profile. Verified revenue badges must reflect actual Stripe data — any attempt to manipulate or falsify verification will result in immediate account termination.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including your bio, project descriptions, and images. By posting content, you grant Makers Page a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content as part of the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-submitted content (other than Stripe-verified revenue data). We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Stripe Integration
When you connect your Stripe account, you authorize Makers Page to access your revenue data for the purpose of displaying verified badges. This connection is governed by both these terms and Stripe's own terms of service.
We are not responsible for any issues with your Stripe account. You can disconnect Stripe at any time, which will remove all revenue data from your profile immediately.
Subscriptions & Billing
Makers Page offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions (Pro) are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Makers Page and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
"Makers Page" and the Makers Page logo are trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except to link to or reference the Service in a fair and non-misleading way.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makers Page shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period, unless we are required by law to retain it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Makers Page operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
